2 weeks without bread!
2 weeks?!?
And do you know what, I haven't really missed it. I have noticed a difference though and don't seem to be getting any of the bloating that I thought was a normal part of being a woman! I'll definitely keep this going through Lent, but who knows, I might actually try and cut it out for much longer.
I was supposed to be off work today, but had to go in after the news yesterday to deliver the message to my team, who were also delighted! (poor guy, imagine if he ever read this!)
I ended up spending the afternoon in the meeting that my boss would have attended, whereby our Global Head of Sales (ice queen) sequentially annihilates her direct reports, one by one until they fall in a heap on the floor.
That'll be something to look forward to over the coming months then!

without bread? I'd rather give up chocolate than bread! Well, almost...
I've tried chocolate. Chocolate is harder. You can substitute bread with croissants and crumpets... nothing substitutes chocolate!
