Gym Bunny

Well, today was the start of the new me:

No venti latte for breakfast, salad for lunch and salad for dinner.

No sir, I'm on my new health kick, which consists of 6 small meals a day and a good session in the gym.  Seems bonkers that I'm going to eat twice as much and lose weight and tone up, but I"m willing to give it a try... especially as the gym scales put me at 63kg

My breakfast of choice is now "summer porridge" from Crussh, lunch was an omelette and dinner was prawn stir fry (carb free)  My snacks were seeds.  I'm taking my packed lunch tomorrow: Ryvita, cheese, carrot and celery.  If I can be 58kg by June I will have achieved my goal.

It's all part of the new, healthy me.  And, as they say, it's healthy body, healthy mind, so hopefully I can de-stress and get what I really want.
